This coffee comes from Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia. Pereira, a mountainous city in Western Colombia, is known for its Arabica coffee production. In fact, until recently, all of Colombia’s production was Arabica.
The Supremo grade is the largest size of beans in Colombia. They are wet-processed meaning the seed is removed from the cherry before drying. This promotes a transparent look into its origin profile since there is small room for manipulation by the fruit.

After brewing and drinking Hidaya coffee for a few mornings, I'll be sad to have to go back to regular coffee again. I'll have to order more soon.
