Freshness Guarantee

Every bag is roasted to order and shipped fresh. If your coffee arrives stale, we'll replace it free of charge.

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping (1–2 business days) at checkout for an additional fee. All orders are roasted and shipped fresh.
Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know. EU customers have a 14-day cooling off period.
The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards. All other items must be unused with original packaging intact.
Contact us at support@hidayacoffee.com to initiate a return. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. If 15+ business days have passed, please contact us.
If your package arrives damaged, take a photo and email us at support@hidayacoffee.com. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
We offer two subscription types. Repeat Subscriptions let you choose a specific coffee and frequency (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) with a 20% discount — prepay for 3 orders to start, then cancel anytime. The Hidaya Subscription is a monthly mystery box with hand-selected coffees from around the world, including tasting notes and brewing tips. Both include free shipping on orders $30+ and earn 2x reward points.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@hidayacoffee.com and we'll update your address. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the destination.
Yes! We work with cafés, restaurants, and offices. Contact us at support@hidayacoffee.com with details about your needs and we'll put together a custom quote.
Absolutely! We offer two event services: a mobile Coffee Cart (prepaid or pay-per-drink) and Catering (percolators of black coffee, priced per cup). Visit our Contact page to submit an event inquiry.
