Products and Pricing
- All product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or images are error-free.
- Prices are listed in US dollars and include no tax unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout.
- We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.
- Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities per order.
Orders and Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Order confirmation emails are sent after successful payment. This constitutes our acceptance of your order.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are prepaid recurring orders. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected frequency.
- You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds
- We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
- Perishable goods, custom products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@hidayacoffee.com.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.
Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Rewards Program
- Points are earned on qualifying purchases and approved product reviews. Subscription purchases earn bonus points.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time. Outstanding points will be honored for 90 days after any program change.
Reviews and User Content
- By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish your review on our website and marketing materials.
- Reviews are subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain offensive language, spam, false claims, or violate these terms.
- You represent that your review is your honest opinion and based on your genuine experience.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is the property of Hidaya Coffee or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
