Brazil Cerrado

Brazil is the largest producer of coffee in the world. The Cerrado region is known for coffee with low acidity, a medium body and notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts and caramel. Our beans were grown in the Cerrado region at 200 to 500 meters above sea level. They are dry-processed and sun-dried which means the coffee seeds are left in the cherry during the drying process. This allows the natural sugars around the seed to be infused into it, producing a small but noticeable berry-like sweetness.
