Ethiopia Guji Hambela Dabaye

From the highlands of Guji, the Hambela Dabaye region produces some of the most vibrant and expressive coffees in Ethiopia. Grown at high elevations in rich volcanic soil, this natural processed coffee delivers an intensely aromatic and layered cup. Notes of blueberry, ripe strawberry, tropical mango, peach, and sweet florals intertwine with hints of bergamot tea and raw honey to create a bright yet balanced profile. Despite being naturally processed, this coffee carries a remarkably clean and refined character. The fruit notes are vivid without becoming overpowering, while the silky body and tea-like finish resemble the elegance often associated with washed Ethiopian coffees rather than traditional naturals.
